Allied’s project managers are accomplished construction professionals and capable administrators. Their knowledge of state-of-the-art construction management procedures and techniques is varied and extensive, and is bolstered by years of experience. Their responsibilities include project reporting on a continuous basis to ensure the owner’s goals and objectives are met. PMs also develop, refine and update the construction schedule in a timely manner over the duration of the project. A combination of networked and PC-based applications is used to control cost and payments. The team also monitors, analyzes and certifies adherence to design documents with special emphasis on evaluating life-cycle costing to maximize value. These individuals foster coordination and cooperation among all members of the construction team which includes the various trade subcontractors.
