Allied Building Corporation is the youngest firm to be named Construction Manager of the Year by the American Subcontractors Association of Central Pennsylvania.

Moreover, over the past decade, several of our employees have been similarly recognized as Project Manager of the Year and Superintendent of the Year.

The Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce named Allied Building Corporation the winner of the 2004 Excellence in Business Award. In 2008, the Chamber further honored our company with a Commercial Real Estate Award for our work on the America on Wheels Transportation Museum at Lehigh Landing in Allentown, and then again in 2011 with the Chamber’s Community Development Award for noteworthy projects we completed in the Bethlehem area.

In 2011, the Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation named our corporate office building, located in Bethlehem’s downtown historic district, as the 2011 Urban Project of the Year. In 2012, the MID-ATLANTIC Real Estate Journal honored Allied Building Corporation for the Ben Franklin TechVentures2 project at Lehigh University’s Mountaintop Campus as the “Best of 2011” Favorite/Most Unusual in the General Contractor and Green Project categories. The following year, the Delaware Valley Green Building Council gave further prominence to the Ben Franklin TechVentures2 project by awarding the 2013 Private Project Sustainability Award.

Lehigh Valley Business named Allied Building Corporation as one of the Fastest Growing Companies in the area based on revenue growth over the past three years.

In addition, Allied Building Corporation received the 2017 Lehigh Valley Planning Commission Land Development Award for the Lafayette College Williams Arts Campus.
