In support of our construction management efforts, Allied has highly-skilled carpenters, painters and laborers. Our typical practice is to use subcontractors because they generally provide the most cost-effective course of action for owners. However, if we can save time, money and/or produce a better end result for our clients using our own trade employees, we do not hesitate to self-perform selective portions of a project.
