Administrative Staff

Supporting Allied’s home office and jobsite activities is a strong administrative staff with broad capabilities. With access to state-of-the-art information system technologies, they provide support to senior management, and to project managers, project directors and superintendents in the field. They efficiently and effectively handle all administrative duties and, additionally, are skilled in ProEst software for estimating projects, StarBuilder and StarProject software for generating cost control reporting information and Procore for drawing and specification updates, as well as RFI and submittal workflows. If necessary due to the nature of the project, an Allied administrative staff person will be directly assigned to and provide services from the jobsite.
