Allied’s field superintendents are widely experienced having served in that capacity on numerous challenging industrial, commercial, institutional and public works projects. Their primary responsibilities are to coordinate the scheduling of subcontractor trades, materials, equipment and daily field operations. They also play a key role in planning, organizing and controlling our highly regarded quality, environmental health and safety programs. Field superintendents review all shop drawings for specification conformance and help prepare final as-built drawings. Additional responsibilities include processing, distributing, and controlling project documentation and reports while overseeing changes to the original scope of work which have become necessary. For the close of the project, they are also in charge of compiling and integrating operation and maintenance manuals.
