Allied’s project directors have hybrid duties that encompass the range between Project Manager and Field Superintendent. The responsibilities of these flexible and highly skilled construction professionals are to work directly with the project team to ensure all goals and objectives are met by fostering coordination, cooperation and teamwork among all concerned including various subcontractors on the project. They also coordinate the project’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control program, and ensure compliance with the company (and project specific) safety program. Project Directors are responsible for performing all punch list inspections and providing supplemental coverage for the project manager or field superintendent as required.
