The project includes commercial and industrial development consisting of five buildings totaling 5.5 million SF. Construction includes site reclamation of former coal mine lands. The preparation of this unique site includes extensive earthmoving activities and deep dynamic compaction. The full build out of the industrial park includes complete infrastructure work inclusive of internal roadways, highway occupancy work and utility work. Two of the buildings will be rail served from a Norfolk Southern line that bisects the site. The buildings consist of a combination of cross-docked and single loaded buildings with zoning approved for 150’ clear heights.
