The LVE 15 and 16 projects consisted of two industrial buildings totaling 1.3 million SF; one is single loaded and the second building is cross-docked with wide-slab construction.  Both buildings achieved LEED Gold certification.  East building was constructed utilizing the Prologis National Standards and included site development and utilization of bio-retention basins.
