Allied Building Corporation was selected by the developer, Anchor Health Properties, to complete the core and shell building for this 57,000 SF, two-story, medical office building including all required site development. Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) selected Allied to complete the multi-disciplinary medical space interiors and associated installation of all medical equipment and devices including all core and common areas. Allied delivered the building on an accelerated scheduled in order to achieve LVHN’s opening in Summer of 2017.

The structure’s canopy protects visitors from inclement weather while entering either of the two entrances – Pediatrics and the Main Entrance. The high quality finishes and architectural features create an inviting and comfortable environment for all visitors, health care providers, patients and their families while also providing the technology and accommodations for the advancements in healthcare. Unique wayfinding was implemented into the various spaces to aid patients and visitors navigate throughout the multi-services health facility. The facility includes numerous service lines, including Pediatrics, Rehabilitation, Physical and Occupational Therapy, X-Ray, CT Scan, Ultrasound, Dexascan, a Vision Center, Orthopedics, Health Network Labs, Express Care, OB GYN services, Urology, ENT services, and Diagnostics.
