Lehigh Valley Industrial Park, Inc. selected Allied as the construction manager of this 42,000 SF Class A office building they own and occupy in LVIP VII, their newest development on 1,000 acres of former Bethlehem Steel plant property on the city’s south side. The building’s signature representation serves as the standard for future development in the park. The core and shell structure have been awarded LEED Gold certification. It has been designed to conform to the urban architecture of the area and has been positioned to take advantage of natural light. The use of recycled materials was a priority, and the building features lighting fixtures and utilities that conserve energy and water. In addition, a tenant fit-out in the building has been awarded LEED Gold certification for commercial interiors which furthers the building’s demonstration of environmental excellence.
