Ozburn-Hessey Logistics Warehouse with Freezer Units

This 298,000 SF design-build food warehouse tenant improvement project included 40,000 SF of freezer storage space at -10° F capability. New 3,000 amp service was required to handle both the freezer units and a new charging area. The charging area was installed with exhaust and hydrogen detection systems, and equipped to service 124 lifts and pallet jacks. Also constructed were a new shipping office, bathrooms and employee breakrooms.
