This 6,400 SF project involved a major expansion and complete renovation of a long time vacant 1-story brick and storefront glass building built in 1961 to convert it into a modern banking and administrative support facility. The building is clad with an aluminum composite panel and curtain wall system of varying dimensions to provide visual interest. Incorporated into the wall system are large glass panels that, along with a panel skylight system, help to bring in natural light. New mechanical and electrical systems, and state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment were installed. Off of a sleek lobby are tasteful offices, teller’s stations, private meeting spaces and a conference room for entertaining corporate investors and holding Board of Directors meetings. Added components consist of breakrooms, restrooms and a kitchenette.
