LEED-Certification-LogoAfter acquiring Wachovia Bank in 2010, Wells Fargo Bank implemented a major program of systematically converting all Wachovia branches to the Wells Fargo model. Allied was awarded a contract for more than (140) one hundred and forty of these banks in Pennsylvania and Maryland as part of this conversion program. The work involved renovating and updating offices, teller stations, private meeting spaces, ATM facilities, safety deposit box compartments and data/ communications systems. In addition, Allied worked with Wells Fargo to achieve LEED certification for retail (commercial interiors) under the tenant improvement program where these bank conversions were LEED certified in accordance with the Volume Certification Program.
